My mission with Karma Care is to create products that help you achieve and maintain healthy, happy skin. Mental health has always been a major part of my life. In the last decade, I lost my mom to untreated mental illness, and was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Doing my skin care routine was how I relaxed and showed myself kindness. For a long time, I felt like a passenger in my own life, but my routine helped me feel in charge again, because it let me be in control of something.
Overtime, the routine got more and more complicated and time-consuming - and the moment that used to bring me peace, was suddenly stressing me out. That’s why Karma Care is dedicated to bringing you a simple, nutrient-rich routine.
